Scottex Global is a Hong Kong based, factory direct sweater manufacturer that specializes in private label product development and production.  Our services include yarn development, knitwear design, production and delivery.   Design and sales are based in New York and Europe, sampling, production and logistics are based in Hong Kong, China.

 

Who

 

The managing director of Scottex Global is Bradley Flickstein, a 25 year veteran of the knitwear industry.  Joining the family business in 1983, Brad learned the business from the ground up.  As a hand’s on owner, Brad’s early years were spent learning yarn development, stitch creation, cutting, sewing and running all aspects of a complete sweater factory.  Bradley now leads the design direction by visiting the fashion capitals of Europe and Asia studying trends and interpreting them specifically for his customers needs.

 

Design is lead by Virginia Vilkas.  a native of Eastern Europe.  Virginia has designed for Beth Bowley, Kay Unger, Casual Corner and Jones Apparel Group, Ralph Lauren and Anthropologie.  Virginia also owns Texstyle 4, and knit swatch service.

 

Hong Kong and China staff are managed by Shirley Wong.  Shirley has extensive experience in merchandising, quality control, production tracking and management.

 

Where

 

ScottexGlobal’s US office is based in Philadelphia, with a showroom in New York. Design is based in Europe with production/finance/administration in Hong Kong.
